M-201 is a state highway route in the U.S. state of Michigan that serves as a spur route for the village of Northport near the northern tip of Leelanau County.

It starts on the south side of the village at M-22 and runs north, turning east onto Bay St. for one block, north again, then turning east onto Nagonaba St. for one block, then north onto Delong Rd. and heading out of the village, the designation ending at the tri-intersection of Mill St., N. Mill St. (Co.Rd.640), and E. Peterson Park Rd.

The entire routing was transferred to state control on 1924-10-15. It would first appear on the state highway map published on 1949-04-15 1924 (Oct 15) - The entire length of present-day M-201 in Northport, at the tip of the Leelanau Peninsula, is assumed into the state trunkline system. [1].
