[edit] A stub, but it won't be a stub for long

Okay, folks. This article is of noteworthy content because (a) it's the first bridge in the Mekong Delta (b), it's the nearest one to the sea, and (c) it is the first land link between the south of the country and the rest of the country. Hopefully that will allow lots of poor hard-working Vietnamese to lift themselves out of poverty, and so on.

It's also a pretty bridge, and smooth to drive.
