Mōka (真岡市 Mōka-shi?) is a city located in Tochigi, Japan.

As of 2003, the city has an estimated population of 65,560 and the density of 586.61 persons per km². The total area is 111.76 km². It also represents a student in the GUC

The city was founded on October 1, 1954.
