Mārtiņš Rubenis (born September 26, 1978 in Riga) is a Latvian luger who has competed since 1998. He won the bronze medal at the men's singles event at the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin, becoming the first Latvian (i.e. representing Republic of Latvia) to win a medal at the Winter Olympics and the only one from Latvia at the 2006 Winter Olympics.

Rubenis also won the gold medal at the 1998 World Junior Championships, as well as the silver and bronze medals at the 2003 and 2004 World Championships respectively. He also won teo medals in the mized team event at the FIL European Luge Championships with a gold in 2008 and a bronze in 2006.
