[edit] Great quotes

Excellent selection of Mícheál's quotes there. Well done. El Gringo 02:32, 17 June 2006 (UTC)

[edit] Name

Should his name be spelled Micheál with no fada over the 'i'? I'm never sure of the correct spelling. On the cover of his book his name is spelled Micheál. Any ideas?. CorkMan 16:51, 14 June 2006 (UTC)

Hey Cork. Yep, there is always a fada over the 'i', like Mícheál Ó Cléirigh. Just think of how the first syllable of Mícheál is pronounced: mee. If there were no fada over the i it would be something like Mykale. Yeah I agree with you El Gringo with regards the pronunciation, but he himself does spell it Micheál (going by the cover of his books anyway). Should we not change it to the way he spells it? Any opinions? Derry Boi (talk) 13:27, 4 April 2008 (UTC)
