Mélanie-Antoninette de Lusignan, also known as Mélanie-Antoinette de Massy (born January 18, 1985 in Monaco) is the first-cousin once removed of Albert II, Prince of Monaco.

Lusignan is the daughter of Baroness Elisabeth-Anne de Massy and her second husband Nicolai Vladimir Costello, dit de Lusignan. She lost her place in the line of succession to the Monegasque Throne on the death of Prince Rainier.

Lusignan was educated at the International School of Monaco. She now works for Giersch Ventures, a German financial services firm.

Lusignan regularly attends Monaco's annual Red Cross Ball, the Rose Ball, and the National Day ceremonies on 19 November. She occasionally accompanies her mother to charitable events in Monaco.
