Médio Tejo

Médio Tejo is a NUTS3 subregion of the Centro Region, in Portugal. Médio Tejo is also one of Portugal urban communities (ComUrb). The capital city and its more important city is Tomar. It has 11 municipalities and its population is of 226 070 inhabitants (2001 - census). The municipalities are:
- Abrantes;
- Alcanena;
- Constância;
- Entroncamento;
- Ferreira do Zêzere;
- Mação;
- Sardoal;
- Tomar;
- Torres Novas;
- Vila de Rei;
- Vila Nova da Barquinha;
