Mário Sérgio, full name Mário Sérgio Leal Nogueira (born 28 July 1981 in Paredes), is a Portuguese right sided defender. He currently plays for Naval 1º de Maio in the Portuguese Liga.

He started his career at Paços de Ferreira in 1999, before moving to Sporting Lisbon in 2003, where he made just twelve appearances, and was loaned to Vitória Guimarães for the 2005-06 season. In the summer of 2006 he joined Naval on a free transfer, although he still had a one year contract plus an option with the Lisbon club.

He played for the Portuguese Under 21 team from 2003 to 2004, and was in squad for 2004 Summer Olympics football tournament.
