Lyudmila Blonska, née Shevchuk (born November 9, 1977) is an Ukrainian heptathlete.

She finished thirteenth at the 2002 Athletics Championships, won the gold medal at the 2005 Universiade and finished fifth at the 2006 European Championships. She also competed at the 2000 Olympics.

She served a two year ban after testing positive for steroids in 2003.

In the pentathlon she won the gold medal at the 2006 World Indoor Championships. Her personal best heptathlon score is 6832 points, a Ukrainian record, achieved in August 2007 in Osaka where she won the silver medal.

Blonska's improvement since her return to competition has been remarkable, and this, combined with her ban for steroid abuse has allegedly resulted in something of an ostracism among her fellow heptathletes.[citation needed]

In 2008 she finished eighth in pentathlon at the World Indoor Championships.
