Lynsi Martinez (née Snyder), born May 5, 1982, is the heiress to the In-N-Out Burger company. She is the only child of H. Guy Snyder and the only granddaughter and only living child of Harry and Esther Snyder, who started In-N-Out in 1948.
Martinez was married in early 2006, just before her grandmother Esther, President of In-N-Out Burger, passed away. Shortly after, in mid-2007, Martinez gave birth to twin boys, who will eventually inherit the company.
Also during 2006, Martinez and In-N-Out were embroiled in a bitter lawsuit with an ex-company executive, Rich Boyd. Boyd was fired for allegedlly misusing company funds. Boyd also claimed that Martinez, and then Vice-President (now President of In-N-Out), Mark Taylor, were trying to oust the elderly Esther Snyder. Both denied the claims and the lawsuit was settled out of court in May of 2006.
Martinez will take full control and ownership of In-N-Out on her 30th birthday. Martinez is reportedly very shy and quiet and does not enjoy the limelight, unlike some younger high-profile heirs and heiresses.
Martinez takes part in the In-N-Out Foundation, which raises money for underpriveldged children, as well as In-N-Out's company picnics which take place during the summer months in the various regions where the company is located.
Martinez's current title at In-N-Out is Executive Director of Cultural Development, and uses only her given name Lynsi on company documents.
