Lynsey Kathleen Bartilson (born July 1, 1983) is an American film, television and stage actress.

A native of Edina, Minnesota, Lynsey Bartilson moved with her family to Los Angeles at the age of four. Five years later, she began acting professionally in the theatre, portraying roles such as Annie, Ramona Quimby, and Effie Lou in Amelia Bedelia.[1]

Bartilson is probably best known for her role of "mean girl" Lily Finnerty in the series Grounded for Life and the voice of Tuesday X in the Nickelodeon show The X's. She made her television debut in the final season of the hit FOX sitcom Married... with Children. Other TV credits include NCIS, Mrs. Santa Claus, NYPD Blue, 7th Heaven, That '70s Show, Malcolm in the Middle, Strong Medicine, Judging Amy, and Party of Five.[2]
She also starred in the 2nd season of the PBS cult favorite Kidsongs.

Lynsey has been a member of the church of Scientology since childhood. Her mother is the attorney Laurie Bartilson, former partner of Kendrick Moxon.
Bartilson is active in a number of Scientology related organizations, such as Youth for Human Rights International. In October 2004 she was the Mistress of Ceremonies for the first annual "Youth for Human Rights Day International" in Los Angeles, appearing onstage with Leisa Goodman and other prominent Scientologists.[3]
