This article "Lyida Taft" should not be deleted. It is based on local history of the Blackstone Valley which is now a NPS site, national Park Service. Lydia Taft is a historical figure, properly categorized as people from Massachusetts. The "2007-29-09" is not a separate article. The web link retrieval date just kept displaying in red in the core article on Lydia Taft. So any separate article "2007=29-09" is not appropriate. It is just the access date of the weblink. The source materials for the Lydia Taft article are from the Blackstone Daily, a local publication in Massachusetts, and its websites. The Massachusetts legislature and the Town of Uxbridge Meeting records are also source materials. thanks. User:ksherin|2007-01-10|UTC:05:59

Since these two articles deal exclusively with one person, there is no need to have them separated. Text from America's First Woman Voter should be merged into this article. Ground Zero | t 21:49, 10 December 2007 (UTC)

  • I have now put the "merge" tags on the article pages themselves. If there is no objection, I will do this merge soon. Ground Zero | t 22:56, 10 January 2008 (UTC)
  • As there was no objection, I have redirected America's First Woman Voter here. Ground Zero | t 03:16, 5 February 2008 (UTC)
