[edit] Asia/Western Asia

I am sorry for this confusion. Georgia was removed from the Map because the official UN map http://www.un.org/Depts/Cartographic/map/profile/westasia.pdf

does not show it there. Several other states are not shown either and that is why I believe they have to be removed from the list too.

The European Union also places the caucasus states in Europe http://europa.eu/abc/european_countries/others/georgia/index_en.htm

I understand that the Map on the UN website might not show every single country and if they believe that those countries are not even worth to be shown there, then I don't understand how can we assume that they are actually part of the region. The UN geoscheme is nothing but a division of the world for the United Nations' administrative and statistical purposes. They also use it when appointing different officials and sending out missions. There is nothing that we can use to assume that this geoscheme is something that actually sets the standard. There are no official borders at all and it should definitely be put on the discussion page.
