Lycia Naff is an American actress and journalist.

Her acting career began as a dancer in the 1982 television series Fame. Her later roles included Ensign Sonya Gomez on two episodes of Star Trek: The Next Generation, Dixie, a prostitute in the hit 1987 film Lethal Weapon, TC in Troma's Chopper Chicks in Zombietown and "Mary", a triple-breasted mutant prostitute in the 1990 motion picture Total Recall. She also recently guest-starred in an episode of Without a Trace. In recent years she has also entered the field of journalism, writing for several newspapers and magazines, including a staff position at the Miami Herald and People Magazine. She is currently working for several venues as a news producer for Extra T.V. , E! Networks and as an investigative reporter for OK! Magazine for which she takes no byline.

Lycia Naff appears as herself on a recent episode of Denise Richards: It's Complicated. In the segment, Denise Richards goes to talk to Naff at her office about her recent coverage in the press. Midway through Naff interrupts Richards to answer an incoming call. Enraged, Richards gets up to leave and then comes back to tell Naff "Do your f--king homework, you c--t". Little does Denise know that Naff has never written one word about Denise or her ex-husband Charlie Sheen in her entire career.
