This is a portrait of a star of the German silent cinema Lya Mara, from the autographed by her postcard. the source is: http://www.always-the-king.de/Tigger3000/UFA/Krekeler-AK-UFA.html This photo is published under fair use rationale as a low resolution of the publicity material of the epoch. As this post card is at least 70 years old, the publisher's copyright probably expired.

The photograph of Lya Mara is a promotional material published ca. 1920 by UFA film production company which held the copyright to it.
