Lwów was one of the first steel sailing ships and a frigate. Launched in 1869 in England, under the name of Lwów (since 1920) it gained fame as the first Polish training sailing-ship.

Until 1883 Chinsura, until 1915 Lucco, until 1920 Nest. In 1920 bought by Second Polish Republic to become its first training ship. Among its captains was Mamert Stankiewicz. In 1930 replaced by Dar Pomorza. Used as a hulk by Polish Navy; retired in 1938 and scrapped afterwards.
