It is possible that this image is out of copyright, and this picture has been uploaded on many sites, so this certainly is the belief of the uploaders of the image. It is probably impossible to find the original source, as this picture has been uploaded on many sites without any original source or copyright info mentioned. The various uploaders of this image obviously intend it to be viewed by many people.
