This user supports closed captioning of all video formats and is mildly disappointed with the fact that some special features of some DVDs are not captioned.
He is a devout Pastafarian. He lives in San Leandro, California, USA. He has a moderate to severe hearing impairment. He likes to swim, but finds the northern Californian weather cold.
His interests range from Mythology to Biochemistry, and Deaf Culture to Politics. Despite such wide-ranging interests, he is not an expert in all of them, because the overreaching of his mind has left him with nothing more than a superficial understanding of every topic.
He joins the Wikipedia group cognizant of Wikipedia's hope and ideals, but also cynical about its potentials for failure and misinformation.

I think a typical Wikipedia entry has too much information for a cursory encyclopedic entry, along with redundant information that would be better served in See Also or References. My goal currently is to reduce both.
