[edit] Who to include and who not to include
Craigy144 deleted all the people who weren't descendants of the current Grand Duke, saying compare Template:British Royal Family. I don't know what he means by that; he deleted everyone but the Grand Duke's father, wife, and children. T:BRF shows all people who hold the title Prince/Princess of the UK. So, on this template, shouldn't we show everyone who holds the title Prince/Princess of Luxembourg?
The most distant relative of the Queen on T:BRF is cousin. And you are deleting the Grand Duke's siblings! Now, please tell me what you mean by "compare Template:British Royal Family."

- Yes I'd be happy to explain (although it might have been considerate to put that on my talk page). T:BRF has all the people of the British Royal Family, not the extended ones. Why? They aren't part of the British Royal Family. I should think the same would apply for the Royal/Grand Ducal Family of Luxembourg where extended members should not be included in the template. The Queen's cousin (I assume you're referring to Prince Michael of Kent) on T:BRF is added because he performs royal duties and is part of the Royal Family. I'm sorry if I didn't make it clear, but my main aim of stating compare T:BRF was to point out that extended members should not be included in a royal family template. Also, if they were part of the Luxembourgish Royal Family, it would be nice if you might consider creating articles for a few them instead of leaving a great long list of red links. [edit] Tessy + Gabriel
Once Louis marries, will they be included as members of the family, and should they be put on the template? Or should Louis be removed since he is giving up his place in succession? Or does that not remove him from the family? Just curious. Morhange 03:49, 24 September 2006 (UTC)
