Luo Tong (193 - 228), style name Gongxu (公緒), was a vassal under Sun Quan. Even though it was known that Luo Tong was relatively poor, he was still a very honorable man being loyal to his step mother at all times. When Zhuge Liang at one time came to Wu, Luo Tong tried challenging him with a battle of words, but ended up being stopped by Huang Gai.
