Luo Ruiqing

Luo Ruiqing (Chinese: 罗瑞卿; Pinyin: Luó Ruìqīng; May 31, 1906- August 3, 1978) was a general and politician of the People's Republic of China.

Luo Ruiqing was born in Nanchong, Sichuan in 1906. He joined the Communist Party of China in 1928.
Luo was awarded as Da Jiang, highest rank of general in People's Liberation Army in 1955.
He was the Minister of Public Security from 1949 to 1959.
