I think this article is irrelevant. The spanish version was voted to be deleted, and only won because a lot of "newcomers" made a fuss out of it all. Probably the circle of friends/family of this "famous" artist created the article to promote her in the first place. The fact that most mexican artists are unknown outside of Mexico did not help, as many well-meaning spanish wikipedians were taked off guard on this.
