LunaWebs (LUNA), is a web design agency headquartered in Salt Lake City, Utah. The organization was founded by Shad Vick in the late 1990s. The company's registered trademark is "Clean, Simple & Easy". LunaWebs is the holding company of Propermedia LLC, ListaMatic, EasyAlumni, LunaWebhosting, RottenFortune, HOAWeb, KEYSEM, URack and several other online companies. Luna owns and operates over 850 registered domains and maintains websites for hundreds of medium and large businesses including the University Of Utah School of Music.
LunaWebs publishes a bi-monthly periodical called Reverse logistics Magazine for the largest RL organization in the world, Reverse Logistics Association. Luna provides an online resource for Ruby on Rails enthusiasts called Smoothrails.

In 2007 LunaWebs was nominated and selected from over 2000 web firms for the "Dependable Web Firms" award published in Southwest Airlines Spirit Magazine.[1] In March of 2008 the company was one of two organizations in the western United States to be selected consecutively for the same award by Goldline Research to be published in Entrepreneur Magazine.
