Lums (Restaurant Chain)

LUMS was a family restaurant chain in the United States. Although there are a few LUMS restaurants remaining in the U.S., they are not connected anymore as an official chain.

LUMS was founded by Stuart Pearlman[1] as a hot dog stand in 1957, growing to over 400 restaurants, before its bankruptcy in the early 1980's. [2] For a time, the company's commercial spokesman was Milton Berle.
