Lumino Magazine [1] is a daily online entertainment magazine based in Chicago with a readership of more than 5,000. It began in 2001 when publisher Nick Powills returned from an internship with Rolling Stone Magazine. Over the years, the site has grown with the help of full time staff members Jon Singer, Barry Brecheisen, Alex Mechlin, Vince Giandonato, and Alana Grelyak. The popular site now offers insights into Film, Music (Live and Recorded), Theatre, Books, Comedy, Bars, Restaurants, and more. The magazine has recently started hosting entertainment events.
