Lumahai Beach

Coordinates: Lumahai Beach is a beach on Kauai's northern shore. The beach became famous in the film South Pacific. Located off of Highway 560, Lumahai is also considered a highly picturesque area. Despite its appeal to tourists, the beach's geography makes it extremely unsafe for swimming and surfing.[citation needed]
