Lulua Province is a province of the Democratic Republic of the Congo that was created from Kasai-Occidental province. It will be officially established in 2009 according to the 2006 Constitution.

It was first created in 1962 from Kasai province as Luluaborg province. It was incorporated into Kasai-Occidental in 1966 under the Mobutu regime.
