1. I believe that LUKOY (actually LUKOY.PK) is not a NASDAQ, not a PinkSheet stock (GDR).
2. "Russia's second largest oil company, LUKOIL is the largest producer of oil in Russia" may need a little clarification. I believe the author means that the LUKOY is the largest hydrocarbon company in Russia. GAZPROM does not produce as much oil as LUKOIL, but if its gas production is converted into oil equivalent, then it's larger than the LUKOIL.
