Luke Daniels (born January 5, 1988 in Bolton,England) is an English football goalkeeper, currently playing for West Bromwich Albion. He signed his first professional contract in July 2006 after putting pen to paper on a one-year Hawthorns deal, with a further year's option in the club's favour.
Daniels, who joined the Baggies in 2004 after being released by Manchester United, has performed well in the reserve squad. His good form saw him make his international debut for England Under-18s in their 2–1 win over Slovenia in April 2006.
Daniels spent seven years at Old Trafford before being offered a trial at West Brom. Now Luke Steele, another young goalkeeper from Manchester United has joined Daniels at West Brom as an exchange for United taking the Baggies' first choice keeper Tomasz Kuszczak on loan.
He joined Scottish Premier League side Motherwell on loan for the rest of the 2007–08 season on 25 January 2008,[1] making his debut against Celtic on 3 May 2008.
