Lukáš Jarolím (born 29 July 1976 in Pardubice) is a Czech football player. He currently plays for Siena.

He is the son of Karel Jarolím (Slavia Prague coach and former international player) and brother of David Jarolím (Hamburger SV player).

He was born in Pardubice where his father playing for their local club. His father and younger brother both born in Čáslav.

He started his career at youth ranks of Slavia Praha, where his father playing for the first team. He then followed his father to join the French clubs, and then back to Slavia Praha in 1990.

He was loaned to FC Union Cheb and Dynamo České Budějovice on 1996-1997 season.

He played his last game for Slavia Praha at the start of the season, and then moved to Marila Příbram.

He played for Marila Příbram until January 2003 he joined French Ligue 1 club Sedan. He followed to club to Ligue 2 and played the first half of 2003-204 season, and then move again to 2. Fußball-Bundesliga for Greuther Fürth.

He move back to Gambrinus Liga for Slovácko, before rejoined Slavia Praha in 2005, both club were coached by his father.

He played for the club for two season, became the team captain before moved to Siena on free transfer on summer 2007.
