[edit] Odd commentary about the Carnegie Hall concert

This statement is surprising: "Bonfá became a highly visible ambassador of Brazilian music in the United States beginning with the infamous November 1962 bossa nova concert at New York's Carnegie Hall."

Does someone know why the adjective infamous? Or is this a typo, and the real meaning is famous? --AVM 17:49, 30 March 2007 (UTC)
