This entry should probably be called "Luis Milán" (without the "de"). The "de" seems to be a 20th century accretion.
There already is a (very rudimentary) Wikipedia entry for "Luis Milán." I would recommend moving or renaming the material found here so that it appears under the heading without the "de" and under the entry entitled "Luis de Milán" have only a cross-reference to the full entry.

- Thanks for noticing, and for clarifying the vihuela de mano. I notice that Grove has the entry under Luys Milán. In addition there are a number of more recent sources referenced in their article with which this article should be updated. Cheers, Antandrus (talk) 18:44, 28 August 2005 (UTC)
- I see what happened now. The 1980 Grove (which I used to write the original draft) calls him Luis de Milán, and calls El Maestro the first collection of guitar music; both issues are clarified in the online, current Grove. Antandrus (talk) 18:47, 28 August 2005 (UTC)
