[edit] Scouting

This says nothing about him being a Scout. Add or rm the Scouting tag. RlevseTalk 01:50, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

Rm'd the Scouting tag until it's in the article with a ref. RlevseTalk 02:13, 3 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Notability

I think this person is notable enough to include in Wikipedia. The article should be fleshed out with more information. One of the external links says that Furlan was the first Guatemalan to connect his personal computer to the Internet, and another one says that he was instrumental in introducing high-speed connections. There's a lot more to it than this stub implies. Cbdorsett (talk) 04:04, 10 April 2008 (UTC)

I also think he is notable for Wikipedia. Kubek15 (Sign!) (Contribs) (UBX) 18:01, 10 April 2008 (UTC)
