Luis Perez-Sala Valls-Taberner (born in Barcelona, May 15, 1959) is a former Spanish racing driver who competed in Formula One, Formula 3, Formula 3000 and Touring Cars.

Perez-Sala contested the 1985 Italian Formula 3 Championship and moved to Formula 3000 to rather more convincing effect, won races at Birmingham and Enna in 1986. He was runner-up to Stefano Modena in the 1987 F3000 title chase, then drove for the Minardi Formula 1 squad for two seasons alongside Adrián Campos, debuting on April 3, 1988. He participated in 32 grands prix, scoring a career best sixth place (and 1 championship point) in the 1989 British Grand Prix. He then left F1, and has been a regular in the Spanish touring car championship.
