Luis Fernando Tena Garduño (born January 20, 1958 in Mexico City) is a Mexican football manager and former player. Most recently, he was the manager of Club América, the Mexico City squad who participate in the Mexican First Division. As a manager, Tena has obtained two titles: with Cruz Azul in 1997 (the last Mexican league title that Cruz Azul has won) and in 2000 with Morelia.

After retiring as a player, Tena began his coaching career in 1994 with Cruz Azul, a squad which he has guided on three separate occasions. Aside from his aforementioned stints at Cruz Azul and Morelia, Tena has coached Santos Laguna, Jaguares de Chiapas and UAG Tecos. His brother, Alfredo Tena, a former Club América player and manager, served as an assistant coach for Luis. On March 16, 2008 Tena was named the new coach of Monarcas Morelia.
