Luis Fernando Mosquera (born on August 17, 1986 in Buenaventura) is a Colombian footballer who plays attacking midfielder for Independiente Santa Fe. He is an agile and fast forward.

He received his first NT call up on April 30th, 2008 against Venezuela coming in as a sub in the 80th minute he scored his 1st national team goal only a few mintues after debuting scoring the 5th goal for Colombia
