Luis Enrique Díaz Félix

Luis Enrique Díaz Félix is a Mexican politician affiliated with the National Action Party (PAN). He is a former municipal president of Rosarito, Baja California. In 2006 he was removed from his position as director of the Tijuana Urban Development Promoter (Produtsa) after he was convicted of driving under the influence of alcohol (DUI).[1]
In 2007 he was nominated candidate for deputy for the XVI electoral district representing the PAN-led Alliance for Baja California. His candidacy, however, was the local district council denied him of his right to be a candidate. Díaz Félix will appeal to the State Electoral District. [2]
