[edit] History
Luis Dubuc was originally the drummer of a local metal band. Luis felt tied down to playing aggressive music. After attending a Mouse On Mars concert, he bought himself an Apple laptop, which is when he first started experimenting with electronic sounds. Luis made his first solo release, Antarctica, under the name The Secret Handshake, his side-project. the following year, after the release of his This Is Bigger Than You And I EP, Luis Dubuc began writing and recording his next full-length album. After writing all the songs in his mom's apartment, Luis spent August of 2006 recording the album on an Apple computer in his friend's apartment. Since then, his album, One Full Year, has been released through Triple Crown Records and has sold approximately 18,000 copies. He also really enjoys writing his Wikipedia articles in third person.
