Luis Asprilla (born December 6, 1977 in Cali, Valle del Cauca) is a Colombian football defender, who currently plays for Millonarios in the Copa Mustang.
He played for the Colombia national team in 2001. He has played outside Colombia for Olimpo de Bahía Blanca in Argentina and Emelec in Ecuador.
