He founded “El grupo Inmobiliario Reynoso Femat” which are companies dedicated to the promotion, construction and sale of Housing.
In 1985 he was vice-president of the Mexican council of the industry of Housing IN 1989 – 1990 President of the Rotarian Club of Campestre Aguascalientes and President of the Association of Industrial Promoters of states Housing.

[edit] As a member of the National Action Party (Partido Acción Nacional)
In 1994 he began as a follower of the Party Action National (National Action Party)
In 1998 he was elected as candidate for Major of Aguascalientes and in August 2nd of that same year he defeated his political opponents. His triumph confirmed the National Action Party in the capital city of the state with the highest voting in the history of Aguascalientes.

In January 1999 Luis Armando Reynoso Femat was inagurated as Aguascalientes City Major and was qualified as the best County Majors of the Mexican Republic by journalistic financial and evaluating companies of the government.
In the same period, Aguascalientes State Capital City was given for granted with many awards in different sorts of development as: Convenient transactions, urban Installations, green areas, public services and ecology. Also the programs “Ludstecas”, “Dignitica and Florece” won the first place and obtained “Honored Mention” in the contest of innovator Program of PANISTAS Government, Obverted by the CEN of PAN.
During his government Luis Armando he obtained 14 certificates ISO 9000 for various areas.
One of the maximum accomplishments referring to Financial was the setting of the certificate of Municipality public work in the Bolsa Mexicana de valores, becoming in the first municipal government of the country in quote in the stock market.
It was also obtained the National award of Energy Saving 2001 that was handed in by the National President Vicente Fox Quesada.

The City Hall leaded by Reynoso Femat approved the contract of profit that permitted the arrival of Club Necaxa to Aguascalientes and in 750 days the Majestical Stadium Victoria was built, wily a capacity for 20 thousand fans, it is the most modern and safest of the country, because it is in a favor of the no violence trend, that is still property of the municipality for the profit and enjoyment of the people of Aguascalientes.
Also the country- Club of Necaxa was built, with an extension of eight Hectares.
Because of the promotion he did in Aguascalientes Luis Armando was named Honorarium president of the Patronato de Fomento de Futbol, A.C:
On July 26 of 2003 the dream became real with the majestic Opening of the Victoria stadium that was completely full (totally full). This events took place in sharp contrast with his more evident drug-addictions (cocaine).
Furthermore, on August 6th Emilio Azcaraga President of Televisa, inaugurated with Luis Armando Reynoso the country club of Necaxa that is located at the west of the city, it has an extension of 8 hectares and it has grand facilities that guarantee the excellent mental and physical preparation of the players.

The president of the Civil Association sumaLA that is responsible of helping people that less have.
On April 18 he was elected as candidate to Governor by the PAN with the great support of the followers.
His period has also been marked with an increase in the violence in capital city and the whole state, giving harsh criticism and a general feeling of unability to restore the characteristic tranquility of the state.
On the August the 1st. of this year he succeeded in the elections. He obtained the vote of 180 thousand 6.05 citizens that gave him a wide range of advantage against his closest opponent, thanks to his novel innovated proposals to lead management with human face, municipality and simple that allows that the families a better quality of life and social and economical development.
His relation with the media has not being easy. In april 2008, the Human Rights National Comission (Comisión Nacional de los Derechos Humanos) sent a [recommendation to Reynoso Femat][1], after probation of his use of the institutions and government structure to threaten media and local journalists.
