Luis Anderson McNeil, the first Panamanian Secretary General of the Inter-American Regional Organization of Labor (ORIT/ILO) He was also Minister of Labor of the Republic of Panama, member of the Board of Directors of the Panama Canal Commission and member of the Board of Directors of the Panama Canal Authority, the entity that overseas the Panama Canal.
