Luigi Pieroni (born September 8, 1980 in Liège) is a Belgian football striker, currently playing for Belgian team Anderlecht. He also plays with the Belgium national football team. He finished the Jupiler League 2003-04 season as topscorer with 28 goals. He previously played with R.F.C. Liégeois, R.E. Mouscron, Auxerre and Nantes. He has a son, Gianluca born on January 4, 2007. He has been linked with a move to the Premiership with Middlesbrough and Everton alleged to be interested.
