I knew that the name derived from the cities of Lugano and Locarno in Italian Switzerland. Does anybody could check it?

it was actually from Lugano, also it wasn't ash wednesday fires that happend in 1983 and in Victoria/SA not Lugarno.--203.166.254.24 07:39, 4 August 2007 (UTC)
