Lugar Boswell Thistle Football Club are a Scottish football (soccer) club, based in the town of Lugar, near Cumnock, Ayrshire. Nicknamed The Jaggy Bunnets, they were formed in 1878 as a senior team, turning to the juniors after a short spell. The thistle was added to their name after the Second World War, and they currently play in the West Region of the Scottish Junior Football Association. Their home ground is Rosebank Park, and they wear maroon and light blue strips.
Their most successful period was the 1950s, but in modern times they are one of the smaller junior clubs in their region.
Lugar Legend Lauchlan Millar has recently been appointed co-manager of the club along with Alan Cotton after Wullie "Meeker" McMahon left the club by mutual consent.
