Blasonierung: Von Blau und Rot durch einen silbernen Wellenbalken geteilt. Oben eine goldene Glocke, begleitet links oben von einem goldenen Schildchen mit einer blauen fünfblättrigen Blüte. Unten zwei silberne achtspeichige Wagenräder.
