Ludewa

Ludewa is one of 7 districts in the Iringa Region in Tanzania. It is also the name of the capital city of the district which goes by the same name. A hospital is located in the city. It is bordered to the North by the Njombe and Makete Districts, to the East by the Ruvuma Region and to the South by Malawi.

According to the 2002 Tanzania National Census, the Ludewa District had a population of 128,155.[1]
