I reverted your edit to caffeine. The caffeine molecule does not have three chiral nitrogen centres - it has none! The lone pairs on the nitrogen atoms are delocalised across the whole molecule. Each nitrogen atom has trigonal planar geometry.
Surely you learned about orbital hybridisation during your extensive education?
