[edit] United States Sports Academy

Hi, Thank you for providing so many sources. The AfD closed with a no consensus keep for the USSA, a consensus keep for the Amos Alonzo Stagg Award, and delete for the other articles. I intend to work on the USSA article a little more and will also try to incorporate the sources you provided. I think it may be prudent to add information (briefly) on the awards to the main USSA article, but I don't think they ought to be recreated now (unless there are multiple non-trivial independent sources for each which were previously not incorporated into the articles). Let's see how the USSA article turns out and we can always split off a section to turn it into a separate article later. Cheers, Black Falcon 17:29, 19 February 2007 (UTC)

COMMENT: Thanks for keeping in touch. I think that it will be acceptable to include a brief discussion on the awards on the Academy entry. As you say, later, if it seems relevant to create individual entries, we can compile a list of references for the others.

As I mentioned, please let me know if you need any additional data. For the awards, by the way, note that MSN.com and USATODAY.com both feature some of the awards on their websites annually. So those would be places to look if searching for data.

Have a great day. Lucidagtha 20:37, 21 February 2007 (UTC)
