[edit] Speedy deletion of Disc biacuplasty

A tag has been placed on Disc biacuplasty, requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia per CSD G11.

Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not meet basic Wikipedia criteria may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as an appropriate article, and if you can indicate why the subject of this article is appropriate, you may contest the tagging. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the article and leave a note on the article's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would confirm its subject's notability under the guidelines.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion. To do this, add {{hangon}} on the top of the page (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag) and leave a note on the page's talk page explaining your position. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself. Phgao 14:42, 16 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Recreation of Disc biacuplasty

Please do not recreate previously deleted articles. Please dicuss this with the deleting administrator (in this case me) firt. Re-creations could be considered vandalism. Thanks! Pedro :  Chat  15:08, 16 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Article Re-creation

I would advise re-creating the article in your user space first. What you must bear in mind is that articles describing techniques that have a little TM symbol are very very likely to get deleted under WP:CSD#G11 - i.e. they are likely to be advertising or promotional. The technique may not be, but the article required a re-write to make it encyclopedic. If you would care to re-write it, taking note of the requirements for Reliable Sources that you can cite and prove the subject is notable for an encyclopedia I'd be happy to re-assess it. Please click any of the blue links in this paragraph for more information on our policies. Thanks! Pedro :  Chat  15:47, 16 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] Article re-creation

With the exception of the personal details at the bottom that looks okay in terms of not failing any speedy deletion criteria. It needs formatting, wikifying and some more references but it shouldn't be deleted on site, just improved. If you want to recreate it in the main space feel free (just copy the text, click on one of the red links above to the article and paste the text in). Any problem let me know. [edit] Category

It's all good - I also added Category:Surgery to it and removed the uncategorised tag. Nice work. Pedro :  Chat  15:41, 24 October 2007 (UTC)

Removed the surgery cat. for you! Pedro :  Chat  19:38, 24 October 2007 (UTC)

[edit] AfD nomination of Disc biacuplasty

Disc biacuplasty, an article you created, has been nominated for deletion. We appreciate your contributions. However, an editor does not feel that Disc biacuplasty satisfies Wikipedia's criteria for inclusion and has explained why in the nomination space (see also "What Wikipedia is not" and the Wikipedia deletion policy). Your opinions on the matter are welcome; please participate in the discussion by adding your comments at Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Disc biacuplasty and please be sure to sign your comments with four tildes (~~~~). You are free to edit the content of Disc biacuplasty during the discussion but should not remove the articles for deletion template from the top of the article; such removal will not end the deletion discussion. Thank you. Docg 23:00, 5 December 2007 (UTC)

[edit] User page

Right now your user page is what's known as a 'POV fork', basically a way of circumventing deletion and notability guidelines in order to keep content that the community judges as inappropriate, on the page. It'd be nice (and make it easier to assume you're not a spam-pushing POV warrior) if you replaced it with something else.

Thanks,
