My name is Luke and I was named after Luke The Evangelist.

I am a Telecommunications Network Engineer, employed by one of the major carriers in Australia.

I am also a self-taught web-designer, working in HTML, JavaScript, PHP and MySQL. I also have experience with Filemaker Pro, and a few other odds and ends.

I am a Firefox(download) user, and also a Greasemonkey(download) user.

I also use a number of Open Source packages, such as TextPattern and WordPress, and I develop plugins and add-ons for these packages, along with GreaseMonkey Scripts. They are all available at http://blog.lucanos.com.

I am also an amateur digital photographer, and I have an account at deviantArt, which can be accessed at http://lucanos.deviantart.com.

[edit] Recent Activity

I am migrating some of my photographic works, shown in my deviantART account, into Wikipedia. The most recent being the additions of my photos of the ANZAC War Memorial and the Sydney Opera House.

As a number of my photographs are of well known and Wiki-documented landmarks in and around Sydney, I will be looking at contributing more of these photos to the collective galleries.
